Shipping Policy

At Chenab Rang, we aim to deliver your favorite clothing, footwear, home decor, and lifestyle essentials right to your doorstep swiftly and securely.

Shipping Charges

  • Orders below Rs. 3,500: A flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies to all orders across Pakistan.
  • Orders of Rs. 3,500 and above: Enjoy Free Shipping on us!

Delivery Timeline

  • Main Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 3 to 5 working days.
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 5 to 7 working days.
  • Please note: Delivery times may vary during public holidays, mega sales events, or severe weather conditions.

Cash on Delivery (COD) & Order Verification

  • We currently operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.
  • To ensure successful delivery, all orders undergo a verification process. Our team may contact you via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm your order details. Unverified orders will not be dispatched.
  • According to courier company regulations in Pakistan, customers are not permitted to open the parcel before making the payment to the rider. If there is any issue with your order inside, please reach out to our customer support immediately after receiving it.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase from Chenab Rang. If you receive an item that doesn't fit right or meet your expectations, we are here to help.

Policy Window

  • You can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Clothing & Shoes: Must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.
  • Home Decor & Kitchen Products: Must be in their original, undamaged packaging with all components intact.
  • Life Essentials (Watches, Pens, etc.): Must be scratch-free, unused, and in their original presentation box.
  • Items purchased on clearance sales or marked as "Non-Returnable" cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they arrived damaged.

How to Refund Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Since you paid via cash to the courier rider, refunds cannot be processed in cash. Instead, we offer:

  1. Store Credit: An online voucher of the same value to use on your next purchase.
  2. Bank Transfer / Digital Wallet: A direct transfer to your provided Bank Account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash wallet within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Chenab Rang will bear the return shipping costs.
  • If you wish to exchange an item due to size issues or personal preference, the customer is responsible for sending the item back to our warehouse and paying the standard delivery fee for the replacement.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Email us at info@chenabrang.shop or contact us via our official WhatsApp number with your Order ID and photos/videos of the item you wish to return.
