• Payment Upon Delivery: You are required to pay the exact amount stated on your invoice to the courier rider at the time of delivery.
• Inspection Policy: As per standard courier policies, customers are not permitted to open the parcel before handing over the full payment to the courier rider. If there is an issue with the product inside, please contact our customer support team immediately after receiving it.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location.
• Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package up to two or three times. If you fail to receive the package or refuse delivery without a valid, pre-approved reason, Chenab Rang reserves the right to suspend your account from future COD privileges.
